Just a silly build i thought of

Monk/Mesmer

Divine Favor 11+1+1
Smiting 10+1
Domination 10+1
Inspiration 1+1

Keystone Signet {E} - inspiration - recharges signet skills
Leech Signet - inspiration - interrupt with a bit of energy steal
Signet of Humility - disable targets elite skill
Bane Signet - smiting - damage and knockdown attacking enemy
Purge Signet - monk general - remove all hexes and conditions from ally
Signet of Devotion - divine favor - heal target for around 80+ hps
Signet of Weariness - domination - AoE energy drain
Light of Dwayna - monk general - AoE resurrect

could swap keystone for signet of midnight to blind yourself and an enemy

anyway, whats the point of this character? well for one it can avoid all the troubles with typical spell counters and energy drains. it doesnt rely on physical attacking either, so no need for adrenaline or close range.

ok honestly i doubt this could work, except for the surprise group res which you should always have energy for.

but yeah, its a bit of fun

If you're building around Signets, you should put in one maintained enchantment to drain all your energy. Vital Blessing would be good.

Fortunatley noone uses ignorance , but yes, that would be unpleasant...

You might want to think about putting Mantra of Inscriptions in there, it reduces cooldown of signets by up to 45%, which means for example leech signets awful 45 second cooldown becomes only around 25, which is standard interrupt cooldown. Since its free, and you gain energy, woohoo for leech signet. Whatsmore, signet of weariness gets even better. As it is, it drains the equivalent of 1 pip of energy in aoe. With mantra, its 2 pips, and with keystone it might even get to three, which aint half bad.

My Ra/Mes would consider using ignorance, but I'd never target a monk with it. I'd bring it to stop all those War healing signets.

Rust would also be a problem, but I doubt many would even consider bringing that.

But yeah, get Mantra of Inscription in there somewhere. If nothing else, it would recharge Keystone faster! :-P
